Airtel — my airtel account suspended and disconnect without my information

Hi-my name is ajeet. I got my airtel digital tv (Hd) recharged with 1681 in 6 month pack. But recharge is discounted in 4 month with error code 6 and message your account is suspended due to low balance, everytime it is telling me to recharge. I have already contacted customer care for 4 times since[protected], everytime i have to wait more than 15 mins to get connected and they are always assuring me that they have refreshed and it will come in 30 min. Already it’s more than 72 hours and the issue is still not resolved. I am irritated and frustrated with such a poor service as a took connection. I suggest airtel guys to do something about there digital tv and services because i as a customer can’t take this kind of service when you are taking money from me in return.
