Airtel — my airtel no deactivation 25th aug 17

My name is mohd sazid please help me. My postpaid number deactivate last 3 days but not activate for prepaid i am call many time to airtel costumer care but csr ask call to the prepaid department and prepaid department ask me call to postpaid department please register my complaint.
