Airtel — my airtel number is not recharge

Address: v. p.o.-Shambhuwala Tehsil-Nahan District sirmour Himachal Pradesh, 173001

My Airtel Number is not recharge but money is deducted from my bank account...i did recharge online on 15january 2020 ..first I did of 98rs ..and second recharge of 79rs ...both money transaction is successful but I got no msg of recharge on my number why..?? please redund my money or recharge my number as soon as possible
