Airtel — My Airtel postpaid number barred.

Hi,

I have ported from jio to Airtel postpaid ([protected]) using mobile number portability facility (MNP).

My number was converted to Airtel postpaid on last week Aug, 2023 and since then I am facing the problems.

My phone worked for a few days and on 20 oct. my outgoing calls are barred. I contacted on Customer Care and was told that the forad activity and jio prepaid sim payment due. therefore services had been stopped. I asked the reason for failed address verification but was told that system is only showing failed status.
