Dear sir/madam,
It is to inform you that i am regular customer of airtel and was paying my bill from last 7-8 years timely. Presently i am getting message and call for non payment of my airtel fixed line bill amount. Whereas i have already complaint 3-4 times that my phone is not working since last 5 months.
As per reason given by local technician and customer care the phone was not working due to technical error from your side than on what ground i pay my bill.
Previously during september month i got my monthly bill without using my phone for which i complaint in customer care and got waiver of rs.600 and paid rs.120/- immediately. But again at the end i am getting bill of rs.950/-. No waiver has been done even after commitment.
There after complaint regarding technical fault, my phone has not been activated and at the end after frustration i requested to disconnect my landline connection for that staff from your side came and disconnected the same and took all the cable with him. But i am getting my bill generated every month. Recently i got my bill generated to rs.3754.48 due on december 2017. Kindly inform me on what ground the bill is getting generated without using of landline for broadband as well as phone calls.
Further informing you that daily i am getting message and attending calls for non payment of bill which making me disturb. Therefore, it is my humble request to waive of these charges and grant me no dues clearance, otherwise i will go to consumer forum against you for such pressure.
