Dear team please help I m unable to access ambassador I'd.
Without informing my DTH provider has activated channels and asking to recharge every month beside i have yearly pack. So irresponsive action from customer care executive against the complaints. They are unable find any mistake and hiding all information from customers.

2 days back i recharged my mobile number [protected] on that plan of 169 / 28 days. Very very dead slow internet even though in heart of the city. Ordinary message, mail, banking purposes like small things i can't do.
Surely i wil prefer another network.
