Hello Team,
My father aged 65 using the prepaid number [protected] since 2006 and he has been a loyal customer since then to Airtel. All of a sudden, his sim not working (no network), and went to Airtel store for a replacement sim. Then we realized that it is under name of Sujatha M which we don't know from where the hell that name came into the picture.
We can share all the proofs if required that we are using this number for more than a decade and Airtel guys denied for replacement and suggested for Postpaid conversion so that the conversion can happen. Is this new fraud to force innocent customers to post-paid?
We have validity till Sep-2023 on the current number and do we need to loose that?
How we are responsible wrong ownership update by Aritel backend Team?
How come postpaid ownership can change while prepaid can't change?
Please consider this as my formal complaint in the forum for mental stress Airtel has given to my father .
