Airtel — my prepaid plan not working properly

My mobile no is [protected]. I hv recharged 399 pack.. But when i'm in roaming free call is not working internet is working when i am in roaming, but call is chargeable too high. My handset is mi y1 model. When i am in roaming symbol "r" is not showing in top side of network. So what is the problem let me told and please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Updated by Istyaque zafar My mobile no is [protected].and I complained few hours ago.about my plan pack is not working properly.internet working in roaming but call is chargeable in roaming.i have recharged 399 plan.so why this type of problem having.in a reputed India's largest network company.sir please solve my problem.untill tell me what happing wrong.sir please help as soon as possible.
