Airtel — My TV, Connection is hacked by someone

Address: C-404 , BLOCK-B , Mahadev Pariser , Shivaji Nagar Bhopal ,India

I am having Airtel T, V, connection in my house but at 10 A, M, everyday signals interrupted and received message signals disturbed due to bad weather or some other reasons. In Bhopal weather is good .'Let me know how to resolve this problem
