Airtel — negligence customer service

I have small issue for airtel network . I asked so many times to airtel costmare service center but any agent not response my issue. Then i replace my sim card. Again i called airtel costmare care center for apn setting. But his not send any setting. I called again and again but his not send any setting . Costmare care agent telling selly resons .
