Airtel — net connection & call drop

Hai my number is [protected], I was recharge of rs:169 for new 4G handset plan 28 days free unlimited local&std and 500 mb 4g, but I am not get the internate connection fare, same as well as call also not connect or call drop.then why airtel introduced this type of plan, Pl resolve the problem or drop this plan.
