I have complained regarding network disconnected on 12/12/2017. The complaint was closed on 14/12/2017 late evening by 8.00pm after so many follow ups. I have already requested the engineer to check completely so that it may not happan frequently. But on 15/12/2017 the network my broadband was disconnected. I called customer care the lady spoke with me rudely and told they will check within 24 hours again. But till now 16/12/2017 my problem is not solved and nobody turned up.
