Airtel — network issue and ping problem

Website: Specially in Pubg mobile. And all other social media sites

Sir in my area or in my home the network connection is very. Whenever i play pubg mobile or any other social media sites the network connection is very bad. The ping of Airtel is always high. And i complined many times in Airtel customer service but my problem is not solved. So i am requesting to you sir please solve my problems.

Sir please solve ping issue in my area, I play tournaments regularly and there is very high ping.please I request you to solve this problem because there are more customers who are facing this problem in my area.

I don't know why airtel is saying that airtel is Indias fastest network
The internet is very very slow even im not able contact the customer care

In my area it comes 200, 170, 180 ping last year ping are good and stable 80.100. Why this issue please fix this issue
