Regarding this i already complaint on dated 1st nov 2017. 9:40:32 pm.
From your end i received call on dated 5th nov 2017 at 4 pm.
As per caller he told me to change your phone setting and restarted your phone, after that your issue will be resolve, but still i am facing same issue.
1) name of the caller as per your system ms. Kavita. And its fake information because caller is male not a female.
2) regarding this i visiting your airtel store in koparkhairane near koparkhairane railway station, 3 time approx time is 7:31 pm, they told at 7:30 server is closed.
3) last saturday i visiting your same store for same issue, i explain my issue, &
I surprised without taking my any information like complaint no & mobile no they told your complaint is open and & our network team call you. Or call to customer care, i can't help you regarding this issue. Is it possible?
From 1st nov to till date my network is down. Form your end i am receiving the bill of rs. 450 approx, i am not ready to pay this bill, because i am not use it due to your network problem.
Without my mailing conformation don't closed my network complaint.
