Airtel — network issue - call drops and slow internet speed

Hi have called the Cust Care got some fixes but nothing seems to increase the internet speed pr the call drops. it is the same for my number and also others in my organisation. Almost all using airtel number are facing network issue and 4g is not even giving us 1mbps speed. I have over 90gb of pending data and unable to use any since a month now. it is so slow and inconvenient that I can't even browse the net or make online payments. Customer care is only giving excuses and making us go about in circles. I am posting this complaint on behalf of all Airtel users. We need to get proper service for the bucks we pay. This is equivalent to scamming people.
