Airtel — network issue calls get dropped and cannot connect to internet even with full signal

Nowadays i see frequent call drops in airtel network. It is happening even to my friends who are on airtel. When i call customer care i get a response saying that i need to reset my device or change sim etc. None of them understand the technical issue. They see that this issue is from a device. Why airtel is not taking care of customers and their network issues?
