Airtel — network issue in hyderabad

I have raised a complaint regarding airtel network issue in my place JV Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad around 2 months back, but my friends were telling that the issue persists from last 4-5 months in this area.

I contacted customer care for 10 times for providing temporary solution, since the signal strength and quality is very bad here, but the concerned team is telling that it will take months time to resolve the issue. It's become very difficult to calls in my place and customer care team is not responding properly.

Being the top network, i never expected this kind of service from Airtel. As i had network issues with other network, i moved to this network.
Please help the users in this regard.
