I have been facing sever network coverage issue since last month (Dec 2019) and in this regard, i have registered repeated complaint to airtel customer care and airtel store. somehow on 18th jan 2020 your network team engineer have visited my localities and he has also found poor network coverage and problems related to call connectivity & data nonworking (Both indoor & outdoor). Even after completion of airtel network team survey, they have not taken any corrective action to improve the network coverage and still i have been facing same issue.
I am literally got frustrated with the airtel response on this matter and would hereby escalate this matter to trai for further action. I have pasted below the screen shot message from airtel app i. D.
