Airtel customer executives are straight forward rude as they don't let the customer explain the issue in details and keeps interrupting mid-speech. I have been facing the same issue for a month and their approach is as unprofessional every time. They say that they will fix it but all they send is an auto generated sms stating "poor indoor coverage". Even if I'm using the device near a window or on my balcony, I can't seem to get the 4G I used to experience. Are we supposed to use our device outdoors ? Customer executives should know that it is rude and unprofessional to end the call without the consent of the customer. Also answer specifically to what has been asked instead of shoving "I have taken your conplaint. Thank you for calling Airtel have a nice day" to our faces. They sound like toy-robots. It's time these fools gets fired or else the company is doomed.
Airtel do not deserve a rating
I'm facing a network issue from past 1 year...airtel claims that it is the best network ( fastest network of India)...this is false ...I launched many complaints regarding the network issue but no response from airtel customer care ...soon after i launched a complaint i received a msg stating "your problem will be resolved as our team is working on it " ...from how many months is tht team is working to resolve the problem????and also it's like waste of money spending on unlimited plans ...
yes, the indoor coverage of airtel is pathetic. They doesn't really do anything at all. Just the same pathetic response indoor coverage is not good. who cares, fix the goddamn thing.
I m from rural area in Madurai. Not have indoor coverage. Incoming and outgoing call not work. Network is disconnected in going to home (indoor). Most of people say no tower in our area but nearby area have tower. Airtel poor network

I have been facing issues with airtel network signal (1 and 2 bar signal always indoors and outdoors ) and data connectivity (1 kbps whereas i have subscribed to 4g plan) at my residence in village -Karmauli, block- Kaluahi, Dist- Madhubani.
I raised several complaints but no action till now. I have a total of 5 airtel connections.
I am a software engineer doing work at home now due to covid pandemic.
My husband is also using the airtel no [protected].
I have my own house even though I am staying at my relative's house because of a bad network issue.
