Hi i'm yeshwanth, earlier i was using vodafone network, in april i got a call from airtel executive, the plan sounded great so i ported by network to airtel, few months it was good no network issue & high speed internet everything was going well, suddenly after 3monts i had some network issues which i adjusted for a month but later it was very painful because i was not able to use my data also it was 32kbps/s only so i registered a complaint, and they said it will be sorted out in 4 to 5 working days, i waited and waited but no response so again i registered a complaint after a month still no response form airtel network team and they have been charging monthly rental charges from past 3 month without providing a me proper service, even though i have paid 2 months bill without any service form airtel, i decided not to pay from 3rd month since i'm not able to use data service call services, what's the point of paying the bill, now they have disconnected by calls and they want me to pay all the bills. Airtel network is looting customers money without giving proper service to the costumers. Was this information helpful? |
