i have ported my docomo [protected] sim 9 days before to airtel
yesterday my docomo sim shut down then i insert airtel sim
but it show no network from 2 days
please correct the above problem

We are using the postpaid plan of Airtel... We deposited a cheque for the payment of our bill in Nov 2016 but was misplaced by your company. So the payment was done in cash too... We were assured that we'll get the cheque back. But the amount wasn't refunded. We request a reply as soon as possible.

I am trying to call 59059 for verification purpose but it is saying to call me on 121 Nd my sim is not activating.. please help into this..
