In december 2019, i started using the airtel sim card as my primary network. But right from the day of my first recharge (Around 400 rs), i started facing huge internet speed issues and i had filed my first complaint on the same day of the first quarterly recharge. The executive asked me to wait for 2-3 days but the problem persisted. I called again but the issue was not resolved. The average speed was too low to use even youtube. After 2 months speed was improved marginally and i made the second recharge and speed started deteriorating at the same day. I again called the customer care and some of them refused to acknowledge my issue, some filed my complaint but no development was done in 2 months. Again in the third month speed improved marginally (Highest speed i got was not more that 200 kbps). After that lockdown was enforced and i got a fair annual recharge deal in may 2020 and i made the recharge and on the same day indoor speed was reduced to 20-30 kbps and outdoor not more than 100 kbps. I complained again talked to senior executive, mailed them but they keep on giving funny suggestions to switch off my mobile, select sim 1 etc. I had already tried all of that and also reissued my sim from the store. I had also used the same sim in 4 different hansets but nothing worked. I complained again and they said that the site is upgrading. So the first time they told me about the site updradation was in the march month, but every time i call them they just increase the time o[censored]pdradation to month of june, july, august 2020.. I mailed the nodal officer and he replied that site will be upgraded by august 2020. Now it is october and i getting 5 kb speed. Even the internet is not connecting. Nodal officer is not picking the call and executives are not doing anything. Many a times they disconnect my call without filing my complaint and saying they cannot give me any definite time frame. Every time i call them they give me very confusing and different information.in total i have called them more than 70 time right from december 2019.
So, i request you to look into the matter and ask them to refund my full rechage money as per as your rule. I also want compensation of 5 lakhs for mental pressure and the waste of my time because of the airtel.
