[Resolved] Airtel — new broadband connection

I requested for the new connection request at my home for airtel broadband. The guy came and took rs 2829 as advance rental money. And i got message it will take 48 hours to install and today its more than 3 days and they are now saying it will take more than 5 days.
They are not giving resolution and for refund of money they are saying it will take 21 working days.

As of now they told it will done in 5 days. Waiting to get it done in given timeline by airtel
