I had applied for a new broad band connection, submitted the document and payment completed successfully on 29th Sep 2020 and received the eCAF number ([protected]). as per executive they will send their engineer next day, Once the payment processed, last four days there was no response except got a SMS that we are upgrading the connection in your area and to wait for 72hrs, last time when i called the reply was " engineer will call prior they come to site". later that when i call and text executive there is no replay neither call nor text response from that executive. And no where i can found the application status tracking in airtel website.
