[Resolved] Airtel — New Broadband connection not done in 3 weeks

I am trying to get a new broadband connection from last 3 weeks. I had a mindset of airtel being a fast and reliable organization, thank you so much for breaking it and puting me through such an frustrating path. Your people are hard to reach, if anyhow i am able to connect to someone for help. They assure me of service being done within a day, but to no effect. This is really unprofessional. I am now going with a different service provider, please return the documents which you took for verification.
