Hello, I have raised a request regarding new connection and after verification I have given a cheque dated 28.12.2016 of amount of ₹1000/- but I have not received any intimation about my connection from your good office, my cheque cleared on 04.02.2017. After that I am calling on your customer care no. 121, your executive inform me that my connection is closed because of non availability of any port in my area and he also informed me about the refund process, so my refund process ticket no. AORa5e158, it has been almost 1 month now and still i am not getting my refund amount. Please let me know the status of my ticket no. AORa5e158
I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel connection to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay for new connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying. As services of airtel is poor.
