Airtel — new pack channel system

Trai introduce new channel system for dth tv which is cumbersome and difficult to understand. Airtel is not responding phone calls and emails. No proper guidance how to make own pack as their mininimum pack is more then 300 rs month which costing me 600 rs per year then old pack which i was paying. After choosing pack you have to scan qr code which is to be scanned by downloading app of qr code. Why such things? It is nothing but harrasment. My id is [protected].
