Airtel — no call received

I have applied for a new airtek broadband connection on friday and i had paid the amount on the same day. Since then i did not have any update and i tried reaching the person who has collected the documents and helped me to complete the process. I was promised that by saturday i would be getting connection installed.
Now since yesterday i have been trying to reach him almost called him 100 times but he does not respond at all. I do not have internet in my home now and i am unable to work.

Could you please help me to get the process fastened.

Also i would like you team to take some action on that person this is not the way he does to customers.

Complaint regarding today i.e.[protected] i try to recharge my Airtel No.[protected] but my amount worth rs.448 twice deducted and my number is not rechage please recharge my number and refund rs. 448 which was deducted from bank account
