Airtel — no calls from airtel user after porting

Hi one of my friends ported from airtel to idea and now airtel has blocked his incomming calls from all airtel users, means on his idea number no airtel users are able to call him, airtel i pitu you for such a worst act, before we take this matter to court i am requesting you humble ly to unblock my friends number so that he is able to receive calls from airtel customer.
