Hi. Earlier my service provider for the number [protected] was vodafone, but at my residence i was not having a perfect network, so i changed to airtel with a hope that i would get perfect connectivity, it was going on well but from last few days the network has dropped to zero. The external world is not able to contact me or vice versa. When i m in office i am not able to contact my family or they can contact me in emergency. This is a big safety issue for me and my family, also being cut off from my office once i am at home may lead to losses and my performance failure, i have already made a complaint to airtel, but there is no response from your side. Here want to make a cautious statement that if the problem is not resolved, i would take the services of some other service provider and would not pay the bills from now on, as i am not getting the service as promised by your company.
