I am jayaprakash.
Recently, i have shifted from tamilnadu to bangalore. I lost the network (Tamilnadu sim). So i called customer care, they have said below steps to do so.
1-) switching on and off.
2-) removing sim and reinserting back.
3-) changing to manual network selection (The operator network chosen cannot be found - post selecting the network).
4-) changing sim in another handset.
5-) visiting airtel store
6-) changing to new sim (For activating it, i went back to tamilnadu where i do get signal, post activation i got signal in new sim @tamilnadu and network went off after getting back to bangalore). For some time, i got 'sim is not provisioned' error.
After changing new sim also, i did first 4 steps but no luck.
I've done everything that customer care said, but issue ain't resolved, even mailed [protected]@in. Airtel.com, no response not even acknowledgment mail.
But on calling, customer care person says everything is fine with the sim.
Searched google, no luck.
Any assistance is appreciated.
