I have got my airtel broadband 999 plan activated on 13 feb, however from that time on i have not been given with the additional benefits of amazon prime and netflix and i have reported the same to airtel from 15th feb and finally they have registered my first complaint on 20 feb under ticket number:[protected], and promised resolution in 3 days. But it is 01 mar and they kept raising multiple tickets with new '3 days resolution' time for the same issue and not solving it or responding properly the new customer care guy is benzil george, now promised that it will be escalated today and resolved by eob today (01 mar). Airtel, if you cant do anything which you promise to do, please take back your broadband and refund my full money i have paid for the connection, i better take a connection from act instead of you who makes fake promises.
