Airtel — Non activation of airtel sim [protected] for international roaming

I had paid online Rs. 4994 for the activation of my prepaid airtel number [protected] on 28th Feb 2017 for a validity period of 30 days from the date of activation. This was done when I was in India. I came to US on 1st March 2017 but to my disappointment, the phone roaming is not at all activated.
