[Resolved] Airtel — Non activation of tariff for the internet recharge done on 22nd feb 2017

I did a rs 44/- net banking recharge for terrif recharge in my mob number [protected] on 22 feb 2017. The money has been deducted from my account instantly but the terrif rates of my local & std calls have not been revised till date. I spoke on the toll free help line number of pnb. They informed me that i should talk to the custemercare care number of airtel. The problem has not been resolved till date as i am not able to talk to the customer care executive of airtel. All tollfree and payment numbers of airtel are not attending the calls. Tollfree no [protected] as given on ibternet is not getting connected for last 4 days. Will it be possible for airtel customer care executive to kindly resolve my problem by giving me a call on my mobile number [protected]. Hoping for a prompt response.
