Dear Sir,
We are using Airtel Broadband line bearing number [protected] for more than seven years and paying monthly bill around Rs 1500/ to 1800/ regularly. But after using your connection for seven years we are facing problem in your services due to the negligence of your engineers . I had lodged the complaint on 15/9/2016 with reference No. 72995538 regarding nonworking of the landline and the broadband. I was assured that a visit will take place in 24 hrs but no one turned up for three days inspite of repeatedly compalining daily in your customer care asking them that it is a priority to please get it repaired as the whole office work came at a standstill. No one called up neither visited the site in these days. Mr Rahul was assigned to attend the complain, his contact number is [protected]. He never came over and informed you all that its a cable fault...as all the connections near by were working. He actually ignored the complain of your airtel consumers. You are therefore requested to disconnect the connection from our office due to non attendance of the complain made and the loss occured because of nonworking of the broadband in he office.
