Dear sir / madam,
With deep regret i would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts :-
01 i, sujit bhadra, who is residing at 185a bb street, uttarpara, hooghly dist., west bengal have requested to take a new sd digital tv connection from your company vide id no. [protected].
02 as per the guidelines, we have made the payment of rs.1953/- on 13th feb 2019 vide transaction number[protected].
03 waited for days together and there were no communication, started calling the customer care no.12150 and they have given 12148 which was not picked by the representatives.
04 yesterday – 21 feb 19 called up the call centre number [protected] and they have taken an sr no. A6112550 with a commitment that the installation will be taken place by 10.40 am on 22 feb 19.
05 again yesterday evening received a call from call centre whether the tv programs are coming or not. We have reconfirmed that the sd box is not yet been installed and how you are expecting?
06 today morning when called the call centre number they have confirmed that the sr is cancelled and new sr is created and tat will be by 05:50 pm on 22 feb 2019. We were not happy with the answer and one of your sr. Executive (Mr. Pal) given commitment that the installation in question will be done at any cost by 07:00 pm on 22 feb 19.
07 now at 07.00 pm today when asked about the outcome, surprisingly, the call centre have confirmed that the installation has been done at my home.
My question is how you are closing the sr without talking / visiting customer place.
Repeated reminders and requests are made by me for early resolution, but, nothing is done by a so called reputed mnc.
You are requested to refund the money if you are not able to install the product at my home before 12:00 noon.
Today new sr no. Given by your representative is a6156248.
