On 19th i couldn't use my data as well as on 20th due to some service error and i even coundnt connect to customer care to enquire about it and my data pack is of 448pack (1gb/day for 70days) is my data pack and when i called to customer care she spoke to me rude as well as when i told to check she told that option is not available and refund is impossible is this how airtel will loot money? 448/70=6.40ps were it was a loss for me in one day and i asked friends who has experienced it how much will airtel make if they stop services for few hundred people i never expected this type of setvices from airtel i hope serious actions would be taken on them
