18-may : i visited airtel store bangalore (Maleshpalya branch) to port my number from airtel andhra pradesh to airtel karnataka both prepaid and i have submited document with photograph and paid 20 rs for new sim. And they informed me this will done in 7 working days.
20-may: i recieved text "you requested for porting the [protected] to airtel has been recieved"
21-may : i recieved two text again from airtel 1) "dear customer, verification with your local reference for you airtel mobile [protected] has been completed. We will keep you updated on the progress" and second message on same day 2)"dear customer, validation of your documents for porting your mobile no [protected] to airtel has been completed and is being forwarded to bharat airtel"
23-may : by evening i realized i am not reciving any incoming calls and messages. Then i called airtel customer care several times to resolved. The only answer i recieved is that to change sim to different handset or type #002# to clear all divereted etc.. But still not resolved and every call get transfer to thier supervior and they will promise to resolve this in another 48 hours this went till 27th may.
27-may : i visited nellore airtel brach requeated them to change my sim if this can resolve my issue. But again i am getting same error "invalid number" who ever calls me
29-may : again i reached customer care to fix this issue on prioroty but again 48 hours they said it woulb be resolved
31-may : my friend suggested in twitter airtel can hep you on this
So guys i hope you got my point. Can you please resolve this since i have many commitment i cannot get any otp's from bank. I work for us client.. They cannot reach me. Please help u can reeach me on alternate number if this is resolved +[protected]
Well. Then no incoming calls for 8 days. You people donot understand but its loss of communication and loss of work. And airtel has never been helpful or cooperated. The customer service executives are undertrained and fail to understand a customer's concern. Moreover, there is no resolution and right from customer service executives to appellate officers, just harass the customers and waste their time.
I donot demand anything because i am highly dissatisfied with airtel. Just wanted to bring this to the light and am going to escalate it further. To notify you, i am going to discontinue all my services with airtel and change my network service provider.
