Not able to contact from airtel prepaid and postpaid to [protected] and other numbers starting with 1860. When we try to contact these numbers, it saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second, for more details log in to www.airtel.in, and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to airtel customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now.

I have ordered fastag through airtel app on 20 dec 2019. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
