I applied for porting to port from airtel. But to my surprise am not able to make outgoing calls only. But am able to receive calls and sms. Every time i try to make a cal, the call gets disconnects with just a beep sound. I am really fed up and frustrated by repeatedly calling 121 and the airtel showroom where i took the sim. Every one says that there is a technical issue and they will escalate this issue to higher officials. I get calls from airtel saying that the issue will be resolved withing 48 hours. Dear airtel, this is how pathetically you treat your new customers. The worst customer care service you have. Worst experience ever...
