i have been using AIRTEL INTERNET PACK 198 PLAN, in HCL corporate plan pack. Internet speed seem to be very slow, i have called customer care to clarify the slow speed issue, They have provided information that 2GB has been already used in my airtel account (my Airtel number: [protected]).
But naturally Airtel 2G speed every time i connect is around 25 KB alone form day 1 of billing period, later after 10th day it is around 7KB only am getting. Every time if i call airtel customer care "they were telling that your usage is crossed 2GB already so it will be slow speed"
Can i know at max 25KB is used, how much hours need to be used to reach 2GB
25 KBPS speed will take 11.3MB per hour:
25KBPS * 3600 = 11, 3 MB per hours (ie 1 hour)
Then to reach 2GB 2000MB = 181 hours of 25 Kbps speed need to provided.

40 KBPS speed will take 18 MB per hour:
40KBPS * 3600 = 18 MB per hours (ie 1 hour)
Then to reach 2GB 2000MB = 111 hours of 40 Kbps speed need to provided.
111 hours to reach 2GB @ 40kbps speed
I have never used this much hours to reach 2GB. Please check my account and update for my Airtel number[protected] & [protected]
BUT Airtel is not providing 25 kbps or 40 kbps speed in 2G plan, they were telling only that 2 GB usage is over in ever month for me and other customers.
Since i never used more than 40 hours per month to cover 2GB usage in 2G plan.
If i used 40 kbps for 40 hours then my usage will be around 900 MB only.
No chance to use 2GB every month or /per month, this 2G plan is pure cheating plan for customers,
My plan type 2G plan @ price of 198 Internet usage upto 2GB usage and unlimited
I have called various number in airtel customer care service to clarify this there is no proper resolution from airtel.
