Airtel — not educating consumer about data packs and then deducting main balance

I as a consumer check my best offers on my mobile number :[protected] and found a date pack cost : rs 145 benefits 4gb, so i went to the retailer and did that recharge after couple of days my data balance left was : 424 mb so i switched on my data connection to utilize it but did not work, so i checked my balance again, data balance was same as 424 mb but my main balance amount rs 22 was missing, so i called customer service to know about my main balance and why my data is not working. A guy picked up the call and checked my number, he said i do have data balance but i cant use it because its testing data provided by the company. So i asked him did the company tell me before the recharge that after that data reachs 424mb its wont work. I do agree that the benefit given to me was used by me, but those 424mb showing up in my balance did not say that dont use it or you will lose main balance... I just want the company who i have been a customer since years provide me with zero information before recharge and after doing the recharge they say it was just testing of the recharge and now i cant use it, incase if i was notified before i would have recharged my number again, anyways the people who talked to me to resolve the problem where rude and asked me to send screenshots if possible and said if not then we cant do anything about it... Honestly thats unethical for a company for losing client values.
