[Resolved] Airtel — not given specified data offer

I recently bought an offer of 3g 4gb data 147
28days on 28 july 2017 but the data that i received was about 500 mbs only, where's the rest of my data that i payed for and the 147 request was approved but i haven't got the specified amount of gb offered in the airtel offers menu. What is the issue going on with this situation please resolve this issue.
