I had applied new airtel landline and broadband connection on 14/08/2015 and
the TBLR 7007627 in my name D Prakash. I had also given 1000 rupees cheque in
the favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd. I haven't received the connection yet and the
advisor is not picking my call his number is +[protected]. When I called
customer service today they casually inform me that airtel can't provide
connection to me. Incase if you have forgotten let me remind you that I have 2
landline connection and 1 mobile connection. Why the advisor checked the dp and
told we can 100% provide the connection. I am requesting you to help me in
getting my new connection. I have also given Rs 1000 cheque in the favor of Airtel.
