I opted for a plan of 199 of which i was getting messages from days 1 gb internet plus unlimited calling for 28 days, even this is getting flashed on my airtel app. Upon recharge yesterday neither my internet worked and offer they gave me is valid for 2 days instead if 28 days. I did complaint at their customer care number, he stated of different plan and he refused and didn't gave me a solution. I went to the office of airtel and complained there. The lady daughter and argued that i don't know how to operate things and i prooved her i do all my transactions digitally don't teach me digital use. If this is digital india where a company is offering you things cheap and on applying you are cheated and frauded with lower plans and on complain they say why did you do it on your own come to us. We will see and do your work. They are fooling not just customers but government as well. I am attaching three screenshot, out of 3, 2 are the offers i received of the same, 1 on my airtel app and another on my messages, 3 screenshot is the one they provided me the office with two days validity. Instead of 28 days and no internet. Kindly look in to the matter and get me a solution against companies malpractice and the hassel i faced during the duration, plus the embarrament i faced on the hands of the employee of airtel in the store. She did said she would complain via email about the offer but i don't think so her attitude would have done that. Kindly intevien
