(This is for your reference. Still now they didn't cancel.. Below its the letter i send complaint through email.)

I have a problem in cancelation.
Last february i bought airtel 4g hotspot ([protected]) from our nearest showroom (Urapakkam).
On that time, hotspot plan is on 3 month 8gb plan. I received the call from the showroom member, they told me that you have an offer sir. I asked her plan is on same number but they said offer is on new number. Then i ask her what about the old number she said after activation of new number, tell me the old number after you pay, we will cancel that. So i paid and send the old number to them.
After i send the old number, i call and inform them, that paid and send the number to their phone number (July 4). After 3 week. Bill generated in old number ([protected]). I paid the bill for the new number ([protected]). I informed this to your showroom. But they said to call me tomorrow, come later... I visit and call them, but they are not reply properly.
After inform to cancel i throw that old sim away. Now i got the call from customer care, you have mislead new plan can activate only within old sim. They said i will cancel the new number and use your old number.
Now i throw that away, i can't find it? What about the payment..?
Airtel really worst in custumer support...
Now i have the pending payment of old number rs 1000 something is generated. With rs 500 something in new number..
Solve this issue soon as possible otherwise i will reject airtel operator.
