Airtel — online recharge failed, but money debited from account

I made an online recharge for ₹598 (It was ₹528 after offers), and the money was immediately debited from my bank account. It was an airtel upi payment. However, the recharge is not done yet, and my pack expires today. I sent an email to airtel, but there has been no response so far except an automated email stating that 'the team is looking into the issue"
