Airtel — Order ID[protected]) Recharge failed but amount debited

I recharged my mobile number ([protected]) using UPI in Airtel Thanks app for Rs.549 on 17th of Feb 2023 and received an SMS with Order Id[protected]) and Transaction Id[protected]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile recharge failed. After that I got another SMS stating that my recharge failed and the debited amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days, but its been close to month and the amount is not refunded to me.
