Airtel — outgoing calls is not active

To day on[protected] about 11:45 A.M. I recharge my airtel prepaid mobile No.[protected] with a plan of Rs.219/- . but after recharge outgoing calls are not activated, only incoming calls are coming . my transaction ID with sbi is ref#IGAHZIEIL9. In this regard, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and activate my outgoing calls also.
