On 25th of feb i registered for a new wifi connection in airtel of airtel xtreme . my wifi got installed the same day but because of some glitch in companies software my number was not registered and as per the given description of the wifi i was getting a landline number which i didnt recieve . infact i didnt even had the wifi's password until one of the engineers gave a company password to me hence the wifi was working. the company wa to give some services with the wifi like providing free channels to watch on there app but because my number was not registered i cannot even sign in there app.
my wifi didnt work at some times when i contacted thew local provider of airtel they told me to register the complain in there toll free number
when i called them i got to know that i cannot register any complaints as my number wasnt even registered . Its been a month since i have been calling and there has been no follow ups ever since .
